Acquiring - QR workflows - telecom - autonomous retail - physical product

Case files, side systems and unfinished machinery.

Lab is the project shelf for the things around the main consulting work - systems that were actually operated, product bets that got far enough to become useful, and public artifacts that escaped from the same infrastructure brain.

This is where the scar tissue sits next to the concepts: merchant onboarding that did not fit standard acquirer playbooks, market operating systems, QR workflow ideas, telecom applets, autonomous retail, refill stations, physical product drops and payment satire.

Things that were not only imagined.

These touched operations, vendors, merchants, terminals, accounting, reporting, deployment and the general refusal of reality to behave like a slide.

Operated system ISO / MSP operating layer

imali.solutions

The ISO/MSP layer used to make the terminal network and acquiring operations work in the real world. Built around non-standard merchant onboarding needs of municipal.market and a stack assembled through hands-on vendor selection and operational setup.

Acquiring was processed via SIA, terminal management via Switchio from Monet+, and the acquirer side connected through First Data. The work was not only product thinking - it was selecting the puzzle pieces and making the boxes talk to each other.

Interactive SMS SIM applet

A SIM Toolkit applet and secure-element driven interaction model deployed at 10M+ scale. Originally built for telecom distribution, messaging and service interaction - now also the historical basis for thinking about an interactive SMS marketing platform.

It sits at the intersection of SIM apps, secure elements, OTA logic, user interaction and large-scale deployment discipline.

In pilot QR workflow infrastructure

QRcodeon.com

A QR-triggered workflow layer for operational use cases - less "QR payment" and more "QR as a workflow entry point". Merchant onboarding, food tracking, replenishment triggers, issue reporting, context-aware actions and similar flows are the interesting part.

The site is live and will evolve as the use cases will get available to public.

Projects that did not get to the funding phase...

These are the concepts and side systems that deserve space here, but do not need pretend-product theatre before the actual implementation exists.

Concept shelf Autonomous retail testbed

theclever.store

An autonomous container store designed as a retail R&D testbed: real customers, real replenishment, real local products and a place where technology companies could pilot ideas that normal retailers usually do not want to absorb.

The ambition was bigger than self-checkout alone - vendor-led replenishment, pilot-friendly retail operations and a physical environment where new commerce technology could actually be tested.

Concept shelf Checkout identity concept

FacePay

A face-based checkout concept proposed in the same innovation stream. It rode the wave of biometric payment experimentation and even had scheme-level blessing, but the store owner did not want to take the pilot that far.

Still worth keeping on the shelf because it captures a real branch the project considered.

Concept shelf Physical refill infrastructure

Hygipop refill station

A self-service refill concept for ecological cleaning chemistry. The whole point was to remove wasteful packaging cost from the equation and let people drive in, refill their own canisters, pay and leave.

The unit was designed to fit a parking space and function as a practical roadside refill station for household chemistry.

Things that escaped into daylight.

These are the public-facing artifacts born from the same infrastructure brain - less client work, more side output with a life of its own.

Public artifact Payment satire

HOW CASH XXX WORKS

A satirical series translating everyday payment absurdities into the language of product decks, pseudo-consulting frameworks and industry buzzwords. Basically: how those decks would look if they talked about things we really see every day.

Cold brew drops

bootsequence and ghost packet - limited cold brew artifacts created to keep the operator running, and proof that idea, product management and physical delivery can be carried through beyond slideware.
